Ishaka Adventist Board of Governers
As any other organization Ishaka Adventist hospital has a Board of Governers that oversee and plan rot the wellbeing and development of the hospital
The Board comprises of 20 Members headed by the Chairman

In his congratulatory message for ishaka at 75 years Celebraion:
" We have a lot to thank God for – we thank God for our lives, the student population, the principals, tutors, and many others. We struggled with tutors’ and nurses' qualifications a few years ago. Now we thank God for the numbers. We worked with Medicare, the pharmacy, the accounts, structures, and others, but we are now improved."
I desired to promote IAH, and leaders use people to achieve a common goal. What has happened at IAH is different from my doing, but it results from consistently developing a work plan and executing what you have developed. I wouldn’t say I have developed, but consistently as a team in Ishaka- the board and the people have continually developed a work plan, developed their desires, worked on them, and moved forward.
