Free suregery camp

The Management of Ishaka Adventist Hospital is pleased to inform the general public that a free General surgical camp will be conducted at the hospital from 23^rd JUNE to 26^th JUNE 2026.

The camp will offer surgical care for children 12 years above and adults with the following conditions, among others:

• All types of hernias (Haniya, emiromba yoona)
• Hydroceles  (Amaizi omukishaho kyobushija)
• Chronic wounds  (Ebironda Ebitarikukira)
• Swellings /tumors ( Ebizimba byoona)
• Goitres ( Ebizimba bya maraka )
• Heamorrhoids ( Obushudo bwomukibuno)
• Enlarged prostate ( Okusheshakubi obwa prostate )
• Scrotal swellings ( Okuzimba kwamagosi)
• Abdominal masses or tumors ( Ebizimba omunda )
• Fibroids ( Ebizimba omunyina enda )
• Appendicitis
• Gallstones ( Obubare omukalulwe)

Patient registration is currently ongoing. Parents and guardians are encouraged to register early to secure a slot.
