Welcome to the Clinical Pastoral Orientation (CPO) training at Ishaka Adventist Hospital. Below is essential information to help you prepare:

Requirements for Participants

Bring bed sheets, a bucket for bathing, and warm jackets as Ishaka is cold.
Prepare for an emotionally engaging experience with a mix of theory (50%) and practical (50%) in prisons, hospitals, and schools.
Accommodation: Provided on campus with access to water and electricity.
Study Materials: Participants should carry books and pens. Branded book may be available.
Additional Items: Branded training t-shirts will be available at UGX 25,000 each (high-quality).
Expectations: Participants will experience a transformative training environment, combining academic and practical skills to support people in crisis with professionalism and compassion.
